Quest Forward Academy is a new kind of high school centrally located in Santa Rosa, California. Taking a student-centric, project-based, and skills-forward approach to learning, we instill in our students the mindset, habits, and skills that will prepare them for success in future learning, in career, and in life itself.

We are seeking teachers who see themselves as mentors, dedicated to student personal growth, and who serve as joyful facilitators of student-driven inquiry.
